VerbaFit supports food photo entry, barcode lookup, and USDA search, with 84 nutrient fields. Available nutrient values depend on the source; not every entry contains all 84 values. The GPT-4o coach uses available context from seven-day BASDAI, today's symptoms, the last workout, calories from the last three meals, injection information, and recent HRV and sleep. Missing logs or health-store data limit that context. Free includes three lifetime body scans, 10 coach messages per day, and three generated workouts per day. Pro removes these scan, message, and generated-workout limits. The self-attested AS program is free separately; it does not imply unlimited Pro features.
