Vora connects directly to Oura, Garmin, Fitbit, and WHOOP (beta) on both platforms, free on every plan, alongside Apple Health and Health Connect. It logs food by photo, barcode, voice, and text, reads uploaded bloodwork, has an Apple Watch app, and you can text it over iMessage or RCS. Its public site is unusually careful about stating what each integration does and does not import.

The free tier includes logging, every health-data connection, and a daily AI message allowance. Vora Pro raises the allowance and adds AI-generated workouts and deeper reports.

VerbaFit ships a daily BASDAI check-in, guided BASMI measurements, a flare log with a 30-day clinician PDF, a biologics directory with manufacturer patient-assistance links, and a medication-adherence score. The coach reads your BASDAI, last injection, meals, workouts, and recovery. All of it is free for anyone with an AS diagnosis, indefinitely.

VerbaFit reads HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android. Each metric is available only if your device or its companion app writes it to the system store and you grant permission. There are no direct device or account connections yet, and device-specific scores (such as WHOOP strain, Oura readiness, or Garmin Body Battery) do not come through unless the underlying metric is shared.
