VerbaFit and Garmin Connect
Setup
There is no direct Garmin Connect connection in VerbaFit. Turn on Apple Health sharing (iPhone) or Health Connect sharing (Android) inside Garmin Connect; VerbaFit reads what Garmin writes there.
We read
- ✓Resting heart rate
- ✓Sleep sessions
- ✓HRV where Garmin shares it to the health store on your platform
We don't read
- —Body Battery, HRV Status, Training Readiness, and other Garmin scores
- —Workouts with GPS (not requested yet)
Permissions
Set in Garmin Connect's health-sharing settings, then read-only in VerbaFit.
Subscription
Garmin Connect is free; VerbaFit does not need Connect+.
