INTOura
VerbaFit and Oura Ring
Setup
There is no direct Oura account connection in VerbaFit. In the Oura app, turn on sharing to Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android); VerbaFit reads the HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep that Oura writes there.
We read
- ✓Resting heart rate
- ✓Sleep sessions and stages
We don't read
- —HRV on iPhone (Oura does not write HRV to Apple Health; on Android it depends on what Oura shares to Health Connect)
- —Oura's Readiness and Sleep scores
- —Body temperature trend
Permissions
Set in the Oura app's health-sharing settings, then read-only in VerbaFit.
Subscription
Oura membership is Oura's; VerbaFit does not need it.
