Setup
There is no direct WHOOP connection in VerbaFit. Enable Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android) sharing in the WHOOP app; VerbaFit reads what WHOOP writes there.

- ✓Sleep sessions (duration; WHOOP does not write sleep stages)
We don't read
- —HRV on iPhone (WHOOP does not write HRV to Apple Health)
- —WHOOP Recovery score and Day Strain
- —WHOOP Coach insights
Permissions
Set in the WHOOP app's health-sharing settings, then read-only in VerbaFit.
Subscription
WHOOP membership is WHOOP's; VerbaFit does not need it.
