Most questions are answered inside the app. Your plan, your history, and every setting you can change live in the app itself — nothing about your account is locked behind an email.
Settings → Notifications is where push reminders are set up. If a reminder is not arriving, that screen tells you which of the three things is missing: permission, a registered device, or a server that has not been configured for push.
Settings → Privacy has the export and delete actions. Both run inside the app and delete everything we hold about you — you do not have to email anyone to ask.
Sign-in problems, a locked account, or a question about what we hold: [email protected].
Include the email address you signed up with. If it is about a specific measurement or a photo, describe what you were trying to do — it is faster than sending the data itself, and it keeps your health data out of an inbox.
VerbaFit gives general wellness information. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or tell you to start, stop, or change a medication. If something in the app looks like it is making a medical claim, that is a bug and we want to know: tell us.
If you are in acute pain, or something has changed that concerns you, speak to your clinician rather than to us.
Payments run through Stripe, so card questions are usually answered faster by Stripe — the receipt in your email links straight to them.
If you self-attested ankylosing spondylitis during onboarding, the Pro tier is free for your account and no payment should be asked of you at all. If it is, tell us and we will fix it.
Everything else: [email protected].
