VerbaFit vs Freeletics
Freeletics is a polished bodyweight training app. VerbaFit includes bodyweight workouts and reads your symptoms around them. Freeletics trains you; VerbaFit also knows when a flare day should be mobility only.

What Freeletics does well
Freeletics has a large bodyweight workout library with well-calibrated difficulty scaling, a polished audio coach that counts reps and announces rest, well-produced form videos, and a large community. For training at home without equipment, it is one of the best.
What VerbaFit adds
Bodyweight sessions are part of VerbaFit's plan, but the plan also reads your morning symptom log: a flare day becomes a mobility-only session with no loading. The coach explains why. VerbaFit reads HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android. Each metric is available only if your device or its companion app writes it to the system store and you grant permission. There are no direct device or account connections yet, and device-specific scores (such as WHOOP strain, Oura readiness, or Garmin Body Battery) do not come through unless the underlying metric is shared.
An 84-nutrient food log and a free AS program.
When to use which
Use Freeletics if you want the most polished bodyweight coach and do not need a symptom-aware plan. Use VerbaFit if you want the plan to respect a flare day, or you have AS.
